If you had social insurances before joining
FESCO, please follow this procedure:
1) If you had a pension account with your previous
employer in Beijing who is not a client of FESCO
and you need to transfer your social insurances
into FESCO, please notify your previous employer
with the following information if they are needed:
Name of employer: Beijing Foreign Enterprises
Human Resources Service Co., Ltd.
Legal Person Code: 74470043 - X
Please submit the "Pension Insurance Transfer
Document" issued by your previous employer
to the corresponding FESCO business branch. FESCO
will re-process the pension insurance for you.
2) If your company will process pension insurance
for you, please contact the HR department of your
company.
3) If your previous pension insurance was processed
at FESCO, please notify us when you come for the
job starting procedures. The Social Insurance
Representatives at FESCO business branch will
process internal transfer for you.
4) If you are a Beijing resident and have a
pension account in other city, please first bring
a copy of your Residence Booklet to FESCO for
the application procedure. FESCO will create a
new pension account for you in Beijing, then process
the transfer.
5) If you are not a Beijing resident and have
a pension account in other city, FESCO will create
a new pension account for you in Beijing.
If you have never
had social insurances before, please process
according to the following scenarios:
1. If you are a Beijing urban resident, please
bring a copy of your Resident ID to your corresponding
business branch to fill out the "Personal
Information Registration Form II for Beijing
Municipal Social Insurances".
1. If you are an urban resident of another
city, please bring a copy of your Resident
ID, a copy of the first page and your own page
of the Resident Booklet to your corresponding
business branch to fill out the "Personal
Information Registration Form II for Beijing
Municipal Social Insurances".
1. If you are a rural resident of Beijing
or another city, please bring a copy of the
first page and your own page of the Resident
Booklet to your corresponding business branch
to fill out the "Personal Information Registration
Form II for Beijing Municipal Social Insurances".
Note:
1. If you are not a Beijing resident, the
social insurances in another city cannot be
transferred to Beijing. You will have to open
new social insurance accounts in Beijing.
2. Work-injury, unemployment, maternity insurances
are transferred with pension insurance.
