What are the national agent services?

The national agent services is a new type of HR service products. It is a full-range HR service developed by FESCO to meet the demands of the market and the clients. FESCO's local divisions, investment firms, and local HR service agencies with independent legal entity that involves in foreign business form the partnership, share the resources and provide nation-wide unified personnel services, social insurance and benefit services, and personnel dispatch services.

Development History of FESCO National Services
* 1996 FESCO launched the national unified services.
In the background of globalization and regionalization of the global enterprises, the new service satisfied the clients' need for national services.
* 2001 FESCO established the Natioanl Service Center and signed the "General agreement of FESCO national human resources service partnership"
The goal was to provide nation-wide professional, efficient and standardized services to the clients. Since the General Agreement became effective, the HR service providers in China have been working together, taking advantge of FESCO's brand name and scale effect to rapidly, accurately, and efficiently serve the clients, and have formed the initial national service system.
* 2002 The "FESCO national service business conduct" and "Additional provisions for FESCO national service business conduct" were signed. It further unified the service standards, operational procedures, and further improved the service quality and efficiency, meeting different demands of various levels of clients.
* 2001 FESCO established the Natioanl Business Development Department, and built a national HR service network.
Facing the market change and continuous updating of the clients' demands, in order to further improve the service quality, FESCO launched the first online national operation system in China, driving the development of national HR services through the IT platform. The establishement of the National Business Development Department has strengthened the national services.
Currently, FESCO has built more than 30 complete HR service network in the form of division or investment firm in Shanghai, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Fuzhou, Nanning, Jinan, Suzhou and Dalian. The national service network covers all the provinces, municipality, and autonomous regions in China excluding Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. There are more than 500 clients, total employees of over 30,000, and 105 partners in 54 cities in China.
