Service Center and signed the

national human resources service
partnership"
The goal was to provide nation-wide
professional, efficient and standardized
services to the clients. Since
the General Agreement became effective,
the HR service providers in China
have been working together, taking
advantge of FESCO's brand name
and scale effect to rapidly, accurately,
and efficiently serve the clients,
and have formed the initial national
service system.

and "Additional provisions
for FESCO national service business
conduct" were signed. It
further unified the service standards,
operational procedures, and further
improved the service quality and
efficiency, meeting different
demands of various levels of clients.

2001 FESCO established the Natioanl
Business Development Department,
and built a national HR service
network.
Facing the market change and continuous

in order to further improve the
service quality, FESCO launched
the first online national operation
system in China, driving the development
of national HR services through
the IT platform. The establishement
of the National Business Development
Department has strengthened the
