FESCO Department of Employee Relations (Union) may provide whole process consulting and services for the foreign enterprises in organizing unions, including early stage consulting prior the union establishment, whole process guidance for completing the law compiling union establishment procedures, and scheduled trainings for grass-root union leaders.
According to the requirements and arrangement of strengthening the union organization work in solely foreign-funded companies and international companies by Beijing General Labor Union, the preparation committee of Beijing Foreign Enterprise Union Federation was approved to form on December 20, 2004 by Beijing General Labor Union. Since the establishment, under the guidance and assistance of Beijing General Labor Union and FESCO Group Union, the preparation committee has communicated with nearly a hundred companies regarding the union organization issue, provided union organization service to more than a dozen foreign enterprises, and has formed the labor unions in these companies, with over 1,500 of total union member. These unions are playing an important role in protecting employee's legal rights, developing new members, organizing employee activities, communicating with the employer, and promoting harmonius and healthy development of the enterprises.

-- Printing and issuing of movie coupons
The movie coupons are a benefit for employees of the companies that have bought FESCO's entertainment benefit package. Every employee will receive three movie coupons per quarter, getting from the account executive at the corresponding FESCO business branch by oneself or the company. The movie coupon can be used to exchange for a movie ticket on that day at designated movie theaters (more than 12 theaters) within designated period of time. The Empolyee Relations Department is responsbile for printing and issuing the movie coupons, and the communication and management with the partner theaters.


-- Single Club
FESCO Single Club was established in 1999. The mission of the club is for FESCO busy-working single employees to make friends, look for soulmates, spend leisure time together and go into happy marriage. It is the first choice communication platform for all FESCO single employees to make friends and find life partners.
Currently, the Single Club has more than 500 members. Through the club's regular colorful activities, single members can get to know each other and fall in love with each other. In eight years since its establishment, the club has matched for nearly a hundred happy marriages.
FESCO Single Club has formal membership management system and activity organization procedure. In addition, in 2006, the Online Registration System and the BBS for members were set up.
